Responsibilities

In this HR role, you'll be responsible for administering compensation and benefits plans and supporting talent acquisition and recruitment processes. You'll handle employee onboarding and assist in planning training and development programs, as well as organize training and manage employee benefits and leave. Providing support to employees on HR-related topics such as leave and compensation, you'll also promote HR programs to foster a positive and conflict-free workplace. Additionally, you'll assist in developing and implementing HR policies, manage performance tasks, and gather and analyze HR metrics like time to hire and employee turnover rates.

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs

Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA

Salary: From 18K per month
