Job Description

To oversee every facet of our payroll operations, we are looking for a well-organised and meticulous Payroll Executive. The ideal applicant will possess outstanding analytical and communication abilities in addition to a solid grasp of payroll laws and practices.

Responsibility:

Comply with all relevant laws and regulations (such as wage and hour legislation and tax withholdings) while processing payroll precisely and on schedule.

Compile and validate time and attendance records for employees.

Compute net pay, wages, and deductions.

Handle payroll modifications, including promotions, layoffs, new hiring, and compensation adjustments.

Keep up-to-date payroll documentation and records.

Compile and turn in payroll tax reports and filings.

Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA

Location: In and Around Chennai
