Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information to customers regarding hospital services, appointment schedules, and patient inquiries.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive relationship.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activities and outcomes.
Qualification
Any
Experience : 1 year or more in a call center or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
