What you need:

Proven experience as a Shift Incharge or Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent understanding of production processes and equipment.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
