Coordinate Production Tasks in a Supervisory Position

Job Description

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.

Ensure efficient utilization of resources (manpower, materials, and equipment) to optimize production output.

Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and quality.

Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Train, mentor, and motivate production staff to achieve performance goals.

Skills
Strong knowledge of production processes and equipment.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Ability to motivate and develop team members.  

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Role: Production Supervisor

Experience: 2 to 5 

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech

Salary: Based on Previous work Experience
