Engineer will be responsible for providing on-site and remote technical support, installation, maintenance, and repair of our products/equipment. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.

Diagnose and resolve equipment/system issues efficiently.

Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs.

Conduct training and provide technical guidance to customers.

Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.

What you Need:

Strong technical knowledge of relevant equipment/products.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in Automobile

Experience: Freshers
