Job Description

Responsibilities

Mould Design: Design molds that meet budget requirements.

Feasibility Analysis: Evaluate the feasibility and cost of manufacturing molds.

Sales Support: Work with sales and marketing to convert quotes into orders.

Design Review: Review mold designs using Solidworks.

Vendor Management: Find and work with good vendors.

Project Management: Complete projects on time and within budget.

New Mould Development: Develop new molds and provide necessary documentation.

Team Management: Ensure the toolroom team is performing well.

Team Development: Train and retain toolroom team members.

Quality Management: Prepare and maintain IATF 16949 documentation.

Maintenance Planning: Create and implement maintenance plans for molds and machines.

Role: Tool Room Incharge

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs

Qualification: Diploma or BE in EEE

Location: Chennai

Job Type: Permanent And Full Time Job
