Qualification: 8th, 10th, 12th, or Above
Location : Chennai
Working Hours : 8 hours work | Monday to Saturday
Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers.
Query Resolution: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns.
Product/Service Information: Provide accurate information about products and services.
Sales and Upselling: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Complaint Management: Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
Process Adherence: Follow established processes and guidelines.
Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed performance metrics, such as call volume, call quality, and sales targets.
Skills:
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Active Listening: Ability to actively listen to customer concerns and provide solutions.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in customer service software and tools.
