Responsibilities

For the candidate to provide a budgetary quote, mould concept design experience is required.

Work with Sales & Marketing to turn RFQs into POs by completing feasibility analyses and costing for each RFQ.

evaluation of every Solidworks moulding design

Choose reliable suppliers, engage in negotiations, finish tasks on schedule, and stick to your budget

Finalise New Mould development on schedule, under budget, and provide production with all necessary paperwork

Make sure that every member of the Toolroom staff is meeting the required standards.

In charge of maintaining and training the toolroom team (IATF 16949). 

To be prepared and kept up to date is documentation.

Plans for preventive/breakdown maintenance of moulds and toolroom machines should be created on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Experience: 1 to 2 yrs

Qualification: Diploma or BE in EEE

Location: Chennai

Job Type: Permanent And Full Time Job
