Responsibilities

Manage employee relations issues, grievances, and the creation of a positive work environment. 

Assist in the recruitment process by finding, attracting, and shortlisting candidates. 

Lead onboarding sessions for new hires to acquaint them with company policies and culture. 

Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures. 

Exhibit effective communication skills when engaging with employees and other team members. 

Use time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 

Pay close attention to detail in all HR-related activities.
