Finance and  HR Office Admin jobs

Responsibilities:
  Allocate and monitor resources that supports the goals of organization ensuring a balance between cost and revenue
  Procure best quotes from vendors and assist in quote comparisons
  Payment to vendors
  Regular compliance returns fillings like TDS deduction, GST returns etc.
  Books Keeping in Tally, managing invoices etc.
  Coordinating with auditor for annual fillings
  Coordinating with company secretary for compliances
  Design & post recruitment needs, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, onboarding and exit employees formalities

Eligibility:
  B-com degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration no backlogs

Skills:
  Strong understanding of basic financial and accounting principles
  0-1 years  experience in Tally ERP 9 is mandatory
  Strong English and Tamil writing and speaking communication
  Candidates located Chennai are preferable
  Ability to work independently and openness to continuous learning
