Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Quality Standards and Guidelines:

   - Establish detailed guidelines for quality checks and standards.

   - Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the production process.

2. Quality Management System (QMS):

   - Update the QMS with records of incidents, fixes, and improvements.

3. ISO 9001:2015 Audits:

   - Conduct audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

4. Quality Metrics:

   - Define and implement quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures.

5. Production Monitoring:

   - Oversee the entire production cycle and conduct regular tests to detect potential malfunctions early.

6. Material and System Inspection:

   - Inspect product materials and electrical systems for defects and durability.

7. Issue Identification and Resolution:

   - Identify the root causes of technical issues and recommend appropriate fixes.

8. Reporting:

   - Prepare detailed reports on malfunctions and corrective actions taken.

Role: QC Engineer

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs

Qualification: Diploma / BE in ECE

Salary: From 18K per month
