Take the lead in identifying, developing, and closing high-value business opportunities in the injection moulding industry by joining our leadership-focused team at our company in Chennai as a Senior Engineer-Business Development. For a highly skilled person with a strong sense of business and a drive to create significant growth, this is a strategic function.

Responsibilities:

Create and implement thorough business development plans that are in line with the organization's overarching growth goals for the injection moulding industry.

Create appealing solutions for challenging client needs by utilising our in-depth technical knowledge of our injection moulding capabilities, materials, procedures, and value propositions.

Oversee the creation and delivery of complex technical proposals, presentations, and solutions aimed at senior stakeholders at potential clients.

Develop and preserve enduring, solid connections with target organisations' top decision-makers (C- and VP-level).

To land big corporate deals, engage in thorough technical and commercial negotiations.

Qualification:

Proven ability to develop and articulate complex technical solutions related to injection moulding to high-level stakeholders.

Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Tamil.

Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a focus on long-term business growth in the injection moulding sector.

Education: Any BE Degree

Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
