Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities, making sure that safety regulations, quality standards, and production timelines are followed.

To maximise operator performance and machine utilisation, do motion and time studies.

To guarantee that goods fulfil specified quality standards and specifications, collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance team.

Oversee, inspire, and offer technical advice to technicians and production operators.

Track the functionality of the equipment, spot possible problems, and save downtime.

Qualification:

hands-on experience applying Lean Manufacturing techniques.

Education: Diploma/BE in Automobile
