Manage and expand the Chennai QA team by hiring, training the local staff on relevant quality standards and methods, controlling performance, and promoting professional growth.

Oversee internal and external audits conducted at the Chennai factory to ensure compliance and encourage continuous improvement based on audit findings.

Ensure proper use and upkeep of the testing and inspection equipment used by the Chennai QA department.

Provide top management in Chennai with comprehensive QA reports that emphasise quality performance, trends, and improvement strategies.
