Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Lathe Machinist to join our team. As a Lathe Machinist, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality components by operating and maintaining lathe machines with precision and accuracy.

Requirements:

Set up, operate, and maintain lathe machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.

Perform various lathe operations such as turning, facing, boring, threading, and grooving.

Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and attachments.

Calculate and set machine parameters (speeds, feeds, depths of cut).

Skills:

Lathe Machining: Proven experience in operating lathe machines and performing various machining operations.

Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.

Measurement Skills: Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers).

Safety Awareness: Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mech

Location: In and Around Chennai
