Key Responsibilities:

Analyze current production processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.

Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring alignment with customer demand and inventory levels.

Monitor production performance and identify deviations from planned targets, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Implement statistical process control (SPC) techniques to monitor and control process variations.

Freshers from 24 and 25 Batch are welcomed. Immediate Joiners are mostly Preferred.
