Responsibilities

Tool Design and Development: Design and develop new tooling and fixtures to support new products and process improvements.

Tool Modification: Modify and upgrade existing tooling to enhance performance, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.

Engineering Collaboration: Work with engineering teams to understand product requirements and develop effective tooling solutions.

Tool Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and repairs on tooling and equipment.

Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve tooling-related issues to minimize production interruptions.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and tool performance.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all tooling and equipment meet quality standards and specifications.

Inspections and Tests: Conduct inspections and tests to verify tool performance and accuracy.

Quality Control: Implement quality control procedures to monitor and maintain tool performance.

Education: Diploma or BE in EEE

Location: Sriperumbudur
