Responsibilities

Create and build new fixtures and tooling to facilitate the launch of new products and enhancements to existing processes.

Upgrade and modify current equipment to improve efficiency, lower expenses, and improve performance.

Work together with engineering groups to comprehend product specifications and convert them into useful tooling solutions.

To guarantee optimum performance, do routine maintenance and repairs on tools and equipment.

Reduce production disruptions by promptly troubleshooting and resolving tooling-related issues.

Keep thorough records of all repairs, maintenance, and tool performance.

Verify that all tools and equipment fulfil quality requirements and standards.

To confirm the functionality and precision of tools and fixtures, undertake tests and inspections.

Use quality control methods to keep an eye on and preserve tool performance.

Skills:

Strong mechanical engineering skills and knowledge of tooling design principles

Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)

Experience with manufacturing processes and equipment

Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs

Salary: From 20K to 30K per month

Qualification: Diploma / BE in EEE
