Shift Time: General Shift

Role: Permanent Full Time Role

Salary: as per Company Norms

Responsibilities

Visit Reports and Procedures: Prepare visit reports and technical procedures for critical maintenance calls.

Technical Research: Utilize machine tool manuals, technical documents, and external resources to diagnose machine issues.

Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and maintenance companies for timely repairs.

Process Improvement: Collaborate with the customer's production team to improve PM instructions and schedules.

Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot hydraulic, electronic, software, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Mechanical Repairs: Perform mechanical repairs and rebuilds on machines.

Machine Maintenance: Replace linear guides, ball screws, and perform machine leveling and alignment.

NC Machine Experience: Work with complex NC machines up to 5-axis.

Machine Maintenance: Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tool equipment and controls.

Education: Diploma / BE in E&I

Location: Chennai
