Responsibilities:

To ensure operating efficiency, minimise downtime, and maximise uptime, create and implement a thorough maintenance plan for all paintshop systems and equipment.

As the paintshop maintenance team's leader, you will be responsible for work delegation, performance standards, guidance, and the promotion of a continuous improvement and safety culture.

Organise and schedule paintshop equipment preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks while making sure they fit in with production schedules.

To reduce failures and increase dependability, examine equipment performance data, spot trends, and take preventative action.

Oversee the paintshop's troubleshooting of intricate mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation problems, making sure they are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Effectively oversee the paintshop maintenance budget, keeping labour, exterior service, and spare part expenses under control.

Educational Qualification: Any BE Degree

Experience: 5+ yrs
