Job Description

Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee production tasks to ensure that output goals and timelines are met.

- Standard operating procedures (SOPs) should be put into practice and upheld to guarantee consistency and quality in production processes.

- Work together with cross-functional teams to address technological problems and optimize production workflows, such as supply chain, quality assurance, and research and development.

- To address production failures and raise overall process efficiency, conduct root cause analysis and put corrective measures into place.

- Create and update documentation, such as production reports, process flowcharts, and work instructions.

- Perform routine checks on machinery and equipment to guarantee correct operation and adherence to safety standards.

- Provide new process, equipment, and safety procedure training to the manufacturing team.

- Lead efforts for continuous improvement in order to maximize resource use, cut waste, and boost production.

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Automobile

Salary: From 13K per month
