Responsibilities

The responsibilities encompass conducting inspections and quality control checks throughout the production process to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. This includes developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures to enhance overall product quality and consistency. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions. Accurate documentation and maintenance of all quality assurance activities, such as inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports, are essential. The role also involves educating and supporting manufacturing workers on best practices for quality control, monitoring and analyzing quality metrics to identify performance trends and areas for improvement, participating in both internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality management systems and regulatory requirements, and investigating customer complaints to take corrective actions and prevent recurrence.

Experience: 1 to 4 years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E in E&I or Related

Salary: From 18K per month
