Your Impact:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to join our team in Chennai. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing on-site and remote technical support, installation, maintenance, and repair of our industrial machinery. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to communicate effectively in English and preferably Tamil.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers in Chennai and other regions.

Diagnose and resolve equipment/system issues efficiently and effectively, utilizing your technical expertise.

Manage and prioritize service requests and tickets, ensuring timely response and resolution for our Chennai-based clients.

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt, professional, and effective technical solutions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest product/service updates, technical knowledge, and industry trends relevant to our operations in Chennai.

Manage spare parts and inventory related to service operations in your assigned territory in Chennai.

What you Need:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, often under pressure and with tight deadlines.

Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building positive relationships with clients in Chennai.

Proficiency in using CRM and ticketing systems relevant to our service operations in Chennai.

Familiarity with local industry standards and regulations is a plus.

Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in E&I

Experience: Fresher
