In order to market our company's goods and services, create leads, obtain information, or offer customer assistance, you will be in charge of making outbound calls to current or new clients. Positivity, a persuasive style, and outstanding communication abilities are necessary for this position.

Responsibilities

Make outgoing phone calls to individuals or businesses listed in databases or lists that have been supplied.

Clearly and effectively communicate our company's products and services to potential customers.

As you describe the benefits and features of our goods, answer any questions or concerns.

To ensure the accuracy and consistency of the material, follow the guidelines and instructions provided.

Assess your target audience's needs and modify your approach to spark interest and produce leads or sales.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, or sales conversion.

Enter call outcome information and customer data into the CRM system accurately.

Skills:

Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.

Persuasive and negotiation skills.

A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection.

Basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate CRM systems.

Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree

Experience: 3+ yrs
