The HR Executive is responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires a

blend of strategic thinking, operational execution, and a strong understanding of HR best practices. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented, and empathetic professional with a passion for human resources.

Responsibility:

Oversee the entire hiring process, which includes posting jobs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing offers.

Keep up-to-date hiring documentation and reports.

Help in the prompt and equitable resolution of employee disputes and grievances.

Support managers and help with the administration of performance review procedures.

Keep your HR databases and personnel records current and correct.

Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
