Position: Female Telecaller.

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome!
Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary.

Skills Required:

Languages: Proficiency in Bengali, Hindi, and English.

Computer Knowledge: Basic skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential students to provide information on courses and admission procedures.

Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls and respond to student inquiries with accurate information.

Coordination with Colleges/Universities: Assist in admissions processes by coordinating with educational institutions.

Student Support: Provide detailed, timely guidance and support to students throughout their application journey.

Benefits:

Salary: Competitive, as per company standards (8K - 12K).

Office Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm.
