Job Description

Focus: In a manufacturing plant, emphasise the fundamental abilities needed to guarantee the consistent and dependable operation of all electrical systems and machinery. In Chennai's dynamic industrial environment, emphasise advanced troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and overall operational efficiency.

Experience: 0 to 2 yrs

What you’ll Do:

Quickly identify, troubleshoot, and fix complicated electrical issues and malfunctions in a variety of manufacturing systems and equipment.

Using a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or a comparable system, keep thorough maintenance logs, work orders, and equipment histories.

Examine performance data from electrical systems to find patterns, inefficiencies, and areas that could use improvement.

For operational improvements, debug and adjust HMI programs as necessary.

Recognise and fix industrial communication networks

Encourage technicians and other plant staff to adopt a safety-conscious mindset.

What you need:

Understanding of various types of motors, transformers, switchgear, and protective devices.

Basic to intermediate PLC programming and troubleshooting skills.

Knowledge of relevant Indian electrical codes and safety standards.
