Job Description

Responsibilities

Give clients technical support by recognizing and resolving their issues.

To make sure client operations are operating at peak efficiency, solve problems by analyzing systems, interpreting data, and making recommendations.

Encourage all of the current clients to purchase parts and consumables.

Encourage the use of value-added services such as health checks, preventive maintenance contracts (PMCs), and follow-on contracts (FOC).

When there are urgent maintenance requests, prepare visit reports and technical procedures.

To investigate machine problems, consult vendor and internal resources as well as machine tool manuals and technical publications;

liaise with outside vendors and maintenance firms to guarantee the timely and precise fulfillment of tasks;

will assist the ongoing development of PM instructions and schedules in collaboration with the customer's production team in order to prevent failures;

Qualification: Diploma / B.E in E&I
