Job Description

Primary Task: To oversee, carry out, and maximise the installation, upkeep, troubleshooting, and repair of intricate electrical systems, machinery, and automation controls in our Chennai manufacturing facility while guaranteeing operational effectiveness, minimising downtime, adhering to safety regulations, and mentoring less experienced technicians.

Responsibilities

Supervise and carry out the installation of new control panels, machinery, and electrical systems in accordance with design specifications, schematics, and blueprints.

Minimise production downtime by implementing efficient solutions and reacting quickly to emergency breakdowns.

Keep thorough maintenance logs and documentation of all completed tasks.

Recognise and debug actuator outputs, sensor inputs, and control logic.

Encourage a strong culture of safety on the factory floor and throughout the team.

Maintain and update electrical documentation whenever systems undergo modifications.

Required Abilities:

Expertise in using a wide range of electrical diagnostic tools.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.

Qualification: Diploma/BE in EEE
