At customer locations in Chennai and maybe other areas, you will be in charge of offering professional technical support, installation, maintenance, and repair services for our advanced machinery and systems. To guarantee optimal equipment operation and high client satisfaction, this position necessitates a combination of great technical acumen, outstanding problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

After installation, carry out comprehensive functional tests and calibrations to ensure peak performance.

To restore complete operation, carry out prompt and efficient repairs, component replacements, and adjustments.

Use the phone or email to walk clients through the fundamentals of troubleshooting.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients' technical questions and support requests.

For future reference and analysis, keep a record of every troubleshooting step, component used, and solution.

Effectively manage the service inventory to guarantee that essential parts are available.

Engage in internal certification and training initiatives.

What you Need:

Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.

Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently, often under pressure.

Willingness to travel frequently within Chennai and potentially other regions as required.

Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in EEE

Experience: Freshers
