Lead Quality Efforts as a QA Asst Manager

Job Description

Salary Range : based on skills, and interview performance

Experience Requirement : 4 to 6 yrs

Qualification: Any BE Graduation

Location: Chennai

Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of the quality control process, including incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, and final product inspection.

Monitor and analyze quality data, identify trends, and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects, such as implementing lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other quality improvement methodologies.

Lead and mentor a team of Quality Control Inspectors.

Skills:

Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools.

Experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems.

Understanding of injection molding processes and related technologies.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
