We are seeking a skilled Medical Coder to join our team at Global Healthcare Billing Partners in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Medical Coder, you will play a crucial role in extracting relevant information from patient records, collaborating with physicians, and ensuring accurate medical coding.

Responsibilities:
  Extract pertinent information from patient records.
  Collaborate with physicians and other stakeholders to clarify information.
  Review documents for missing details and ensure grammatical correctness.
  Conduct chart audits to maintain accuracy in coding.
  Advise and train physicians and staff on medical coding practices.
  Report issues with equipment and computer programs to the supervisor.
  Ensure compliance with medical coding policies and guidelines.

Requirements:
  Proficient computer skills.
  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
  2+ years of work experience as a medical coder.
