Job Description

Experience: 3 to 7 yrs

Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above

What You will do:

Machine Operation: Operate VMC machines to produce parts as per work orders and production schedules.

Setup & Tooling: Assist with the setup of VMC machines, including mounting and aligning workpieces, selecting cutting tools, and making minor adjustments.

Blueprint Reading: Accurately read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders to understand part dimensions, tolerances, and material requirements.

Measurement & Inspection: Perform in-process and final inspection of machined parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and verniers to ensure they meet specified tolerances.

Quality Control: Continuously monitor machine operations and part quality. Identify and report any defects, machine malfunctions, or deviations from quality standards to the supervisor.

Maintenance: Perform routine machine maintenance, such as cleaning and lubrication, and assist in troubleshooting minor issues.
