Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QA Incharge to join our dynamic manufacturing team. As QA Incharge, you will be responsible for ensuring the consistent production of high-quality injection molded parts by overseeing all aspects of quality control and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Lead and supervise all quality control activities, including incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, and final product inspection.

Implement and maintain effective quality control systems and procedures.

Analyze quality data, identify trends, and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects, such as implementing lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other quality improvement methodologies.

Skills:

Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools.

Experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems.

Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and other quality control techniques.

In-depth understanding of injection molding processes, including materials, tooling, and process parameters.

Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
