Responsibilities

Examine production procedures to find inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and potential improvement areas.

Put lean manufacturing concepts and other techniques for continuous improvement (like Six Sigma and Kaizen) into practice.

Track the status of production and spot any possible hold-ups.

To guarantee a smooth production flow, cooperate with team members and production supervisors.

Examine quality data, determine the underlying reasons for flaws, and put preventative and remedial measures into place.
