Job Description
Responsibilities
- Correspondence Management: Compile a daily prioritized list of all correspondence from clients and vendors, and monitor mail usage with clearance associates on a daily basis.
- File Administration: Take an active role in file administration, including organizing documents online and managing printer functions.
- Document Tracking: Maintain a systematic file system to track significant and confidential company documents.
- Daily Status Reports: Oversee the collection of daily status reports (DSRs) for each client.
- MIS Reporting: Create management reports using the Management Information System (MIS).
- Client Coordination: Work with clients to arrange access to necessary paperwork.
- Office Supplies Management: Organize office supplies and equipment, placing orders for new supplies and equipment when needed.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to data sufficiency.
- Payment and Invoice Organization: Assist the accounts executive in organizing payment receipts and invoices.
Role: Admin Executive
Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Salary: From 18K per month
