Oversee the whole hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

Create and put into action efficient sourcing plans to draw in eligible applicants.

Make use of a range of recruiting resources and channels, such as social media, job boards, and networking gatherings.

Sort applications and resumes to find eligible applicants.

To evaluate a candidate's suitability and qualifications, do both in-person and phone interviews.

Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA

Experience: 3+ yrs
