Job Description

Responsibilities:

Work Instructions, Visual Standards, Defect Catalogues, Inspection Checklists, and Control Plans are examples of high-quality documentation that should be created and maintained.

Verify the calibration and upkeep of all testing and measurement apparatus.

Create and execute efficient Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to stop faults from happening again.

Engage in and lead the paint shop's continuous improvement projects.

Make ensuring that paint shop activities adhere to quality management systems both internally and externally.

Skills:

awareness of pertinent quality standards.

knowledge of various quality analysis methods and statistical process control (SPC).

Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite

Experience: 1 to 6 yrs

Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech
