Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate and helpful information about Experian products, services, data, and client accounts.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
Communicate effectively with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Utilize clear and concise language, both written and verbal.
