Responsibilities

- Customer technical support: Provide technical assistance to customers via phone calls, emails, or on-site visits.

- Software troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with software applications, offering solutions or escalating to senior engineers as needed.

- Field service tasks: Perform field service work including the installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair of hardware components.

- System assembly: Assemble and configure new systems from scratch, adhering to customer specifications and requirements.

- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Role: Service Engineer

Experience: 1 to 4 yrs

Qualification: Diploma/BE in E&I

Salary: From 18K per Month
