Seeking Now Qualified Facility Control BMS Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and technically proficient BMS Operator to join our facility management team in Chennai. You will be responsible for the continuous monitoring, operation, and basic maintenance of our integrated BMS, ensuring the efficient and safe functioning of building systems such as HVAC, lighting, security, and energy management.

Responsibilities

Keep an eye on the BMS interface to make sure all building systems are running on time and within specified parameters.

In the BMS, react quickly to alarms, problems, and warnings by determining the reason, performing the necessary first steps, or elevating to the appropriate maintenance teams.

Carry out simple BMS troubleshooting and help maintenance staff identify more complicated issues.

As needed for energy efficiency and operational requirements, modify the system parameters in the BMS.

To find patterns and possible areas for optimisation, create and evaluate reports on system performance, energy usage, and alarm history.

Keep thorough records of all system occurrences, alarms, and actions.

Skills:

fundamental knowledge of fire, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC safety systems and how a BMS controls them.

knowledge of a minimum of one major BMS software platform.

high level of computer literacy and proficiency with software interfaces.

Outstanding oversight and focus on details.

Educational Qualification: ITI/Diploma/BE in EEE

Experience: 3+ yrs
