Job Description

The Production Engineer is responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring product quality. This role involves analyzing production data, implementing process improvements, and providing technical support to production teams. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver, a strong communicator, and committed to driving manufacturing excellence.

Duties:

Examine production data to find areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks.

Create and execute process enhancements to boost output, cut expenses, and raise product quality.

Assist production teams with technical problems, such as equipment failures and process problems.

Organise training workshops on process enhancements and SOPs.

Assess and suggest ways to make tools and equipment better.

Adjust equipment characteristics and settings to suit certain uses.
