Responsibilities
Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract and hire top talent.
Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals) to find qualified candidates.
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Hiring Collaboration: Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies.
Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Manage offer negotiations and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree or MBA
Salary: Based on Company Norms
