Job Description

Responsibilities

Throughout the production process, create, carry out, and maintain work instructions, inspection protocols, and quality control plans.

Take part in the creation and evaluation of quality standards and product specifications.

To make sure that established quality procedures are being followed and to find areas that need improvement, conduct process audits and inspections.

To address quality-related concerns and put process enhancements into place, collaborate closely with the engineering, production, and materials management teams.

Create and administer high-quality training courses for production staff.

Keep an eye on the quality performance of your suppliers and take part in supplier audits as necessary.

Create and deliver reports to management on quality performance, trends, and improvement projects.

Skills
Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).

Familiarity with quality control tools and techniques (e.g., SPC, MSA, FMEA, 8D problem solving).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

Good understanding of manufacturing processes and principles.
