We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our growing team. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the continued growth and success of our organization.

Requirements:

Oversee the complete hiring process, which includes applicant sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

Create and put into action efficient hiring practices to draw in top talent.

Screen applications and resumes, set up interviews, and perform phone screenings.

Interview candidates in-depth to evaluate their qualifications, background, and cultural fit.

Make use of a variety of evaluation techniques, including background checks and skills assessments.

Skills:

strong knowledge of best practices and recruitment standards.

familiarity with finding applicants using a range of platforms, such as professional networking, social media, and job boards.

Excellent time-management and organising abilities, including the capacity to set priorities and adhere to deadlines.

proficiency with other recruitment applications, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in the Microsoft Office Suite.
