Responsibilities:

Examine present production procedures to find areas where cost, quality, safety, and efficiency can be improved.

Create and put into place efficient manufacturing workflows, methods, and layouts.

Create and put into place production control systems to monitor and oversee resources, inventory, and production schedules.

Ascertain the resources and equipment needed for production processes.

Work together with the engineering and design teams to make sure new goods can be manufactured.

Create and execute work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.

Establish effective production standards by conducting work measurement analysis and time assessments.

Qualification:

strong knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts, process optimisation methods, and manufacturing processes.

expertise in creating and carrying out work instructions and SOPs.

competence in performing labour measurement analysis and time studies.

familiarity with control and production planning systems.

Education: Diploma/BE in Mech

Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
