Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly driven HR recruiter to join our expanding team. Finding, luring, and employing outstanding personnel will be essential to our organization's ongoing development and success as an HR recruiter.

What you will do:

Oversee the complete hiring process, which includes applicant sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

Create and put into action efficient hiring practices to draw in top talent.

Find applicants using a variety of platforms, such as professional networking, social media, job boards, and employee recommendations.

Participate in the creation and execution of employer branding campaigns to improve the business's reputation as a top employer.

What we need:

strong knowledge of best practices and recruitment standards.

familiarity with finding applicants using a range of platforms, such as professional networking, social media, and job boards.

outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, both in writing and speaking.

the capacity to establish a good rapport with hiring managers and candidates.

Qualification: Any Basic Degree or MBA
