As an HR Recruiter based in Chennai, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers. This role will significantly enhance your understanding of the local talent market in Chennai, develop your sourcing and interviewing skills, and provide you with opportunities to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You will learn to identify and attract the best talent in Chennai, contributing directly to the growth and success of our organization.

Skills:

Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably within the Chennai talent market.

Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.

Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media (especially platforms popular in Chennai), networking, and employee referrals.

Proficiency in screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.

Experience: 1 to 6 yrs

Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
