You will be in charge of every step of the hiring process, from finding and luring applicants to conducting interviews and making offers. In order to help our business expand, the ideal candidate will be passionate about finding and luring great people, possess a solid grasp of recruitment best practices, and have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles within our Chennai operations.

Collaborate with hiring managers in Chennai to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Source qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media platforms popular in Chennai, professional networks, and employee referrals.

Manage the onboarding process for new hires in Chennai.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS.

Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates within the Chennai talent market.

What you Need:

Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and understand their specific hiring needs within the Chennai context.

Strong negotiation and closing skills to extend job offers and onboard new hires.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative HR team in Chennai.

Proactive and results-oriented approach to talent acquisition.

Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA

Experience: Freshers
